The Retail Store Manager (RSM) leads a retail team, embodying Arch Telecom’s Core Values and serving as a brand ambassador. They create energy around products and services, prioritize customer needs, and build meaningful relationships by educating and demonstrating solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead by example to help customers continue their shopping journey online, in-store, or via Customer Care.
• Explore customer needs and demonstrate the latest technology in-store.
• Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals, overseeing sales, inventory, and new initiatives.
• Sell personalized solutions, including accessories and IoT devices, to enhance customer connections.
• Maintain the store’s appearance and operational standards.

Approach service and sales with patience, honesty, and empathy. Use digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plans, and troubleshooting. Complete training on systems, processes, and customer experience. Build cross-channel relationships, resolve issues, and identify small business leads.
