Overview:

Sentara Rockingham Memorial Hospital is hiring a Supervisor, Maintenance - Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, supervise, coordinate, and control plant operations and maintenance activities.
• Maintain physical structures, HVAC, mechanical, electrical systems, utilities, and grounds in a safe working condition.
• Administer labor and material controls.
• Train maintenance personnel in safety and effective management practices.
• Contribute to the success of the operating center through effective work coordination and resource management.

Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree (Preferred)
• Driver's License (NC/VA/national) (Required)
• All licenses, certifications, or registrations must be maintained in area of specialty

• Related experience - 4 years
• Previous project management experience
