Location:

We have two locations in Harrisonburg, 2347 Kratzer Road and 1025 Willow Spring Road. This position has oversight of both locations.

Hours:

Primarily Monday-Friday, Day Shift (with some evening/weekend availability as needed)

Join a team that's passionate about keeping operations running smoothly and safely. As our Maintenance Supervisor, you'll lead the charge in maintaining our equipment, facilities, and team standards, ensuring that every machine runs smoothly and every teammate is set up for success.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of maintenance and building employees focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement
• Manage maintenance and facilities-related projects with an eye for efficiency, communication, and cost control
• Oversee all plant equipment and building systems, implementing best practices for uptime, cleanliness (5S), and ISO standards
• Drive improvements across safety, people, quality, cost, and service metrics
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support production and improve throughput

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of hands-on electrical and mechanical maintenance experience (printing industry experience is a big plus!)
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience, ideally within a manufacturing or print environment
• A continuous improvement mindset and a passion for operational excellence
