Pay Range: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00

Schedule

2nd / 3rd shift, 12‑hour shift, 2‑2‑3 schedule. Week 1: Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun; Week 2: Wed, Thu; Repeat.

Job Overview

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of the Maintenance Department and team; managing responses to all emergency and urgent work, determining available hours for future weeks, and completing scheduled work. This position also manages technicians and assigns scheduled tasks or work orders.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Support and participate in established best practices through the Management System initiatives, including ISO and KORE Standards.
  • Support Key Business Indicators as defined by local leadership and Maintenance System Requirements.
  • Provide continuous technical and proactive system‑based training that supports “Best in Class” customer service, improved asset reliability, and reduced unscheduled line downtime.
  • Incorporate the Continuous Improvement Process and Root Cause Analysis methods to improve asset reliability and sustain a proactive maintenance environment.
  • Manage and track both scheduled and emergency work through direct reports.
  • Schedule and provide technical, safety, and system‑related training, while providing strong leadership in technical competencies, scheduling and planning of maintenance, and parts room management.
  • Work closely with the Risk Management Team on the CCCI Contractor Management Policy.
  • Support all quality and food safety initiatives.
  • Manage smaller in‑house and capital projects from scheduling of contractors, vendors, and production related projects to the project’s financial impact on the plant’s various cost centers or capital budgeting process.
  • Supervise, lead, and motivate a team to deliver results by communicating company goals, safety practices, and deadlines.
  • Engage and develop teammates through effective performance management, coaching, and training.
  • Implement continuous improvement methods while maintaining customer focus.
  • Embody company purpose and values to inspire servant leadership.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Strong understanding of PLCs, PLC networking, hydraulics, electrical systems, and beverage equipment operations and repair.
  • Ability to manage both in‑house and capital projects from scheduling contractors and vendors to assessing the financial impact on cost centers and capital budgeting.
  • Flexible work schedule that includes weekend and holiday hours to support consumer demand, capital, and non‑capital projects.
  • Equipment noise is elevated and requires hearing protection.
  • Some outside work may be required to support facility maintenance needs in extreme heat or cold temperatures.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 2 years of education beyond high school in college or technical school.
  • Knowledge acquired through 5 to up to 7 years of work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree or up to 3 years of college or technical school.
  • 5+ years of work experience in a food processing, beverage, dairy, or brewing industry.
  • Direct experience working in a proactive maintenance system environment.
  • Possessing a 2‑year degree in a technical field such as engineering or equivalent.
  • Trade schooling preferred.
  • Direct experience troubleshooting both electrical and mechanical systems and equipment.
Work Environment
  • 25% office environment.
  • 75% industrial environment.
