Maintenance Technician – Asset Living

Shift: Monday‑Friday 1:00 pm – 11:00 pm, with work outside normal business hours as needed.

Employment type: Full‑time.

Pay: $22.00 hourly.

Division: Multifamily. Status: Non‑Exempt.

Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining the physical integrity and overall condition of the property. Perform work order processing, install, repair, and service equipment, and maintain building systems.
