Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support daily upkeep of our properties. You will perform preventive, corrective, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, assist with make-ready units, and respond promptly to resident and management requests.
The role requires on-site attendance, willingness to work on-call emergencies, and adherence to EPA/OSHA safety standards. Basic computer skills and a high school diploma are required.
Asset Living is a third‑party management firm that has partnered with property owners nationwide since 1986, helping to create thriving communities across the country. The company manages multifamily, single‑family rentals, affordable housing, build‑to‑rent, active adult, and student housing properties, and it is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and a recognized Accredited Management Organization.
The Maintenance Technician assists in executing all maintenance processes—including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic work—on the property. The technician also supports the make‑ready process for units, working under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and the Community Manager. The role requires regular daily onsite attendance and the ability to respond promptly to resident and management requests.
Salary Range: $22 per hour to $24 per hour.
