The Ryder Hotel in South Carolina is seeking a hospitality leader to embark on a leadership journey, focusing on food and beverage, customer service, and front of house operations. You will help develop and motivate team members and deliver an enjoyable dining experience for guests.

Responsibilities include maintaining service standards, supervising staff, coordinating tasks, and addressing guest requests to ensure memorable experiences across the dining venues.

• Prior experience in the restaurant industry preferred.
• Organized and efficient personality.
• Approachable and professional personality.

• Ensure all food orders are placed accurately and timely.

• Maintain food sanitation standards and ensure all food storage areas are kept clean.
• Assist in supervising, scheduling, and assigning tasks for all team members.
• Control and monitor inventory of all needed materials and equipment.
• Assist with guests' requests, needs and questions.
