The Ryder Hotel in Charleston, SC is seeking a hands-on Supervisor for Little Palm to lead front-of-house operations and deliver memorable guest experiences. You will develop and motivate team members, ensure accurate order handling, and uphold service standards in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates will bring restaurant experience, an organized, efficient, and professional approach, and a customer-first mindset to help create a welcoming atmosphere and consistently high-quality service.

Responsabilités

• Ensure all food orders are placed accurately and timely
• Ensure service standards are being followed by all
• Maintain food sanitation standards and ensure all food storage areas are kept clean
• Assist in supervising, scheduling, and assigning tasks for all team members
• Control and monitor inventory of all needed materials and equipment
• Assist with guests' requests, needs and questions
• Prior experience in the restaurant industry preferred
• Organized and efficient personality
