The Line & Ramp Service Supervisor you will supervise a team of Line & Ramp Service Agents during a respective shift. You will be responsible for ensuring that the team is coordinated, well informed, disciplined and motivated while supporting the Line & Ramp Service Agents in carrying out ramp operations in accordance to the highest possible standards set by Jet Aviation in terms of safety, service and quality. The posted salary range reflects the baseline compensation for this exempt position in the applicable regional market and does not include anyadditionalpremiums. The baseline range for this non-exempt position will be as follows: $35.00-$37.00 hourly, plus a performance-based bonus up to 5% of annual salary.

The rolefrequentlyinvolves exposure to vibration and occasional fuel fumes. Employees must be willing and able to work in all types of weather conditions. Hangar environments may be extremely hot or cold depending on the season.
