Jet Aviation in St. Louis, MO seeks a Line and Ramp Agent to support aircraft ground operations, crews, and passengers with safety and outstanding service.

Position Summary

As a Line and Ramp Agent, you are at the center of airport operations, supporting aircraft, crews, and passengers with safety, precision, and exceptional service. Each shift, you’ll work alongside a dedicated team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where adaptability, teamwork, and customer focus are key.

Your work is supported by both a safety & training network and a robust operations & management framework, allowing you to tap into expertise across functions to guide your efforts. With these interconnected support systems, you’ll be part of a team committed to delivering top-notch service and meeting the intricate demands of luxury flight.

This role is on-site, working from our concierge style Fixed Based Operator (FBO) location in St. Louis, MO where you will be right at the heart of the action. As a key member of the FBO team, you will work closely with clients, passengers, crew, and fellow team members, providing an exceptional experience and ensuring smooth operations for each flight.

Minimum Requirements
  • A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
  • A valid driver’s license and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Basic English communication skills (B1 level or above).
  • A courteous, respectful attitude and a reliable work ethic.
  • Preferably at least one year of mechanical experience.
  • Direct line and ramp experience preferred but not required.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours — rain or shine.
  • Must be able to handle the demands of an active, on-the-move role.
  • A strong eye for quality and a natural focus on customer service.
  • The ability to stay cool, calm, and collected under pressure.
  • Someone who takes pride in doing things right enjoys working outdoors.
Main Responsibilities
  • Safely handling aircraft ground operations, including fueling, towing, marshalling, and ground support equipment.
  • Delivering excellent customer service by assisting passengers and crews with luggage, transportation, and amenities.
  • Maintaining facilities, equipment, and supplies to the highest standards of safety, quality, and cleanliness.
  • Supporting a strong safety-first culture by following procedures and promptly reporting hazards or issues.

Day to Day Operations
  • Handle ramp operations while following top-tier safety and quality standards.
  • Provide porter services — delivering luggage, cargo, and transporting crew and passengers.
  • Assist with aircraft movements, including towing, pushback, marshalling, and disconnecting.
  • Operate ground support equipment (GPU, water, lavatory services, etc.) with care and precision.
  • Keep things stocked and spotless by assisting with catering items, ice, coffee, and cleaning duties.
  • Support a strong safety-first culture by actively participating in safety and quality programs.
  • Report any hazards, near misses, or unusual occurrences to keep operations smooth and safe.
Work Schedule and Compensation

Aviation operates on a dynamic schedule—things can change fast, and our success depends on team members who can adapt. We are looking for team members who thrive in a dynamic, around-the-clock operation and are open to working a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the operation, customers, and crews.

  • We formally operate 24 hours daily, 7 days weekly.
  • The 1st shift (morning 6 am - 2 pm) will be the initial assignment, with the potential for changes over time as our business needs and opportunities evolve.
  • Training for this role is expected to last approximately 4–6 weeks. During the training period, hours may differ from the assigned shift listed based on operational and training needs. Once initial training is successfully completed, you will transition to the assigned shift.

The posted salary ranges will default to that of your regional location and will not include any premiums. The baseline range for this non-exempt position will be as follows: $18 - 20 hourly which is equivalent to $37,000 - $41,000 annually, plus a performance-based bonus up to 5% of annual salary.
