The role emphasizes accountability for daily operations, staff coordination, quality service, and supervising a multi-skilled team in a high-volume laboratory environment.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in medical technology or biology/chemical science, ASCP/AMT certification, and at least 3 years of lab experience with transfusion knowledge;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in medical technology or Biology/Chemical Science is required.
• ASCP or AMT certification is required.
• Minimum of 3 years laboratory experience.
• Transfusion experience and leadership experience preferred.
