Sharp HealthCare seeks a Clinical Laboratory Scientist Supervisor to oversee the laboratory operation during the assigned shift, ensuring quality patient care and efficient staffing and resource use.
Requires a CA CLS Generalist license and 6 years of CLS experience in a clinical lab. Leadership experience preferred; weekend coverage as needed; on-call not required.

Supervises and coordinates the clinical operation of the laboratory during the assigned shift to ensure the provision of quality patient care. This position is accountable for staffing coordination and resource utilization of the assigned shift(s) to ensure the delivery of laboratory services to meet organizational strategic goals.
Other Meets education requirements for CLS license.
6 Years recent experience as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist in a clinical laboratory.
California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) Generalist license - CA Department of Public Health -REQUIRED
2 Years experience in a leadership position is preferred.
