Sharp HealthCare in California seeks an experienced Clinical Laboratory Scientist to supervise and coordinate the laboratory operation during assigned shifts, ensuring quality patient care and efficient resource utilization.
The role requires CA CLS Generalist license and at least six years of CLS experience, with leadership experience preferred. The successful candidate will oversee staffing, ensure timely lab turnaround, and maintain high professional standards.

Hourly Pay Range (Minimum - Midpoint - Maximum): $51.010 - $62.490 - $73.960 The stated pay scale reflects the range that Sharp reasonably expects to pay for this position. The actual pay rate and pay grade for this position will be dependent on a variety of factors, including an applicant’s years of experience, unique skills and abilities, education, alignment with similar internal candidates, marketplace factors, other requirements for the position, and employer business practices.
Supervises and coordinates the clinical operation of the laboratory during the assigned shift to ensure the provision of quality patient care. This position is accountable for staffing coordination and resource utilization of the assigned shift(s) to ensure the delivery of laboratory services to meet organizational strategic goals.
2 Years experience in a leadership position is preferred.
