Nauset Disposal, a Waste Connections Company, is looking for an Operations Supervisor in Training to join the team in Plymouth, MA or South Yarmouth, MA.
Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour
Schedule: 4:00am start time / 45-50 hours per week (Overtime Eligible)

A Day in the Life of an Operations Supervisor in Training:
The Operations Admin at Waste Connections provides essential support to the operations department under direct supervision.
This role is crucial for maintaining operational efficiency by managing inventory reports, updating route information, and assisting with customer service inquiries
Assists Dispatchers by responding to customer and driver complaints and inquiries
Reports any safety or customer service-related issues to supervisor or manager
Assist with IRB and Safety processes
Assists in generating monthly productivity reports
Follows all safety policies and procedures; participates with the team to achieve safety goals
Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Must Have:
Ability to relocate for promotional opportunities
Ability to obtain CDL permit and CDL within specified timeframes.
2+ years of experienceintransportation,and/or logistics services.
