WM is seeking a plant supervisor in Warren, OH to establish, monitor, and maintain productivity across shifts. You will ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and efficient operations while coordinating with plant personnel and shifts.
The role requires a High School diploma, 2 years of related experience, and a valid driver’s license; schedule includes 12-hour weekend shifts and 8-hour weekday shifts. Salary range $60k–$75k DOE.

Pay Range: $60k to $75k DOE
Shift Information: Must be flexible as this supervisor will work different shifts based on needs of the business. Schedule includes a 12-Hour weekend workday, and four (4) 8-Hour day weekdays. Will work one of two shifts per business need: Second Shift, 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, or Third Shift, 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM.

Combination: This job operates in a mix between an office environment and plant/field environment and routinely requires the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copy machines, etc.
