Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor in Wichita, Kansas, to schedule, coordinate, and measure warehousing activities. You will develop daily schedules from customer timelines, implement ISO guidelines, monitor productivity, and ensure safe working conditions.

This role also includes staff selection and training, presenting operations to potential customers, and maintaining cost-effective layouts.

• Establish and maintain daily operating schedules.
• Coordinate daily cycle counts.
• Develop and maintain an internal training center within operation.
• Present facility operations to prospective customers.
• Ensure a safe working environment through safety programs and procedures.
• Select and place staff, ensure staff training, and define specific job assignments.
• Manage performance to ensure productivity and achievement of objectives.
