Job Description And Duties

Under the general direction of the Admin Services Office Chief - Manager I, the Organization & Position Branch Chief – Supervisor I, will supervise employees handling administrative tasks such as position management, recruitment, personnel operations, exams, and labor relations. Incumbent will set internal policies to align activities with departmental objectives and ensure prompt service to Caltrans work groups. The role requires effective leadership, employee training, self-motivation, teamwork, innovation, and strong rapport-building.
