Job summary

HAP Alaska Yukon is seeking a dedicated team member to manage the Rail Division’s daily operations and Retail Program, ensuring gift shop sales onboard rail cars and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

You will lead the retail warehouse team, coordinate with operations, and foster positive interactions across the team, contributing to guest satisfaction and operational success.

In this role, you will help manage the Rail Division’s daily operations and Retail Program by ensuring the success of gift shop sales onboard the rail cars as well as playing a huge part in the overall guest experience. You will be responsible for ensuring the retail warehouse team is successful and ensuring a positive interaction with all team members of our operations.
