Job summary

Veho Florida is seeking a Ground Operations Supervisor to lead day‑to‑day warehouse activities, coach associates and leads, and drive safety, efficiency, and KPI performance. You will manage scheduling, reporting accuracy, and cross‑functional communication to ensure sort and launch packages are processed efficiently.

You will bring a hands‑on leadership style to develop staff for future success, while Upholding safety standards and aligning with Veho’s values.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in management in logistics, operations, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficient in technology platforms and tools relevant to logistics operations.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional experiences to team members and driver partners.
• Willingness to complete a comprehensive background check
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, holidays, and weekends, as required by operational needs.

Compensation:

$60,000-$70,000 annually

The pay range is subject to the discretion of the Company. Additionally, Veho offers a competitive equity package, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage as well as other benefits such as 401k and unlimited PTO for exempt level roles.

Anticipated Schedule: Overnight, including weekends

Veho’s operating hours vary and are based on the needs of the operation. Warehouses typically have first, second, and third shifts and schedules are subject to change at the discretion of the company and to changes in business needs. Warehouse leadership is expected to be onsite during their scheduled shift and is at the discretion of your manager if there is an opportunity to work off-site occasionally. Specific expectations should be discussed with your manager.

Role Summary:

As a Ground Operations Supervisor, you are a hands‑on leader, working day-to-day with our Warehouse Associates and Leads. You will be responsible for the development of the warehouse staff, including coaching them on the skills necessary to be successful in the warehouse and developing for future success. You will set a standard of operational excellence and ensure your team’s success through values‑based leadership. Additionally, you will be responsible for the accuracy of reports, scheduling, cross‑functional communication, and ensuring sort and launch packages are processed efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
