Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking an energetic Supervisor for Goshen College in Goshen, IN. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday from 6:00am to 2:30pm, with some weekends required.

The duties include overseeing front end production, opening procedures, cash handling, and enforcing safety and grooming standards. The ideal candidate has culinary/foodservice experience, excellent customer service, and strong leadership, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Previous culinary/foodservice experience required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Successful team leadership experience.
• Moving, bending, stooping, lifting and standing on a frequent basis.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds frequently; lift up to 30 pounds occasionally.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
