Job summary

Grinders Above and Beyond, a family-owned restaurant serving great food since 1976 in Hartville, OH, is seeking leaders with a passion for hospitality to join our fast-paced team. As a restaurant manager or supervisor, you will support General and Assistant Managers and lead shifts in the front and back of house.

This role offers flexible hours, great starting wages above minimum wage, monthly and holiday bonuses, and a benefits package including health insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Restaurant management experience preferred.
• Lead shifts in the FOH and BOH.
