Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum three years of supervisory or management experience in a hotel or hospitality environment preferred.
  • Two to three years of customer service experience required; hospitality industry experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, planning, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work any shift, including weekends and holidays.

Job Summary

What You Will Need
  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods and move throughout indoor and outdoor work environments.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, twist, crouch, climb stairs, lift and carry materials, and maneuver quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to operate automatic and manual transmission passenger vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions, extreme temperatures, and environments with airborne particles or fumes.
  • Ability to respond to visual and auditory cues and communicate effectively in English.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
