  • The team is investing in automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and new workflows while keeping sound decisions and the customer experience at the center.
  • You will have meaningful opportunities to coach talent, build internal career pathways, and strengthen the future leadership pipeline.
  • This is a remote U.S. opportunity with a collaborative leadership team and strong onboarding support.
What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Use productivity, quality, and service data to identify trends, understand performance barriers, and provide focused coaching and feedback.
  • Manage team workload and help employees meet established service levels in a high-volume claims environment.
  • Resolve non-routine claim escalations and serve as a subject matter resource for departmental processes, procedures, and training.
  • Help employees apply frequent system, product, and process changes through clear communication, refreshers, and ongoing support.
  • Conduct performance reviews, support employee development, resolve workplace conflicts, and foster engagement and continuous improvement.
  • Partner across departments, participate in client meetings and audit reviews as needed, and contribute to special projects and operational improvements.
What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, including the ability to make decisions and influence others.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide coaching and feedback, build relationships, manage change, lead others through change, and empower diverse, winning teams.
What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

  • Experience leading remote or geographically distributed employees.
  • Experience using performance and quality data to identify root causes and create targeted coaching or training plans.
  • Experience helping teams adopt automation, AI-enabled workflows, queue-based work assignment, or frequent system releases.
  • Experience delivering training refreshers, process updates, calibrations, or change communications.
