Who you are:

The Supervisor of Financial Planning and Analysis will coordinate, create, and monitor JHHP’s annual budget, focusing on over $240M of administrative expenses. You will work with Financial Analysts to provide expense analysis and reporting, support innovation activities, and assist in financial modeling, ROI analysis, staffing models, capital spending, benchmarking, project support, and cost allocations.

What you’ll do:

  • Supervise and develop professional staff.
  • Partner strategically with stakeholders.
  • Manage the development and monitoring of administrative budgets and forecasts.
  • Report on variances from budget drivers.
  • Provide timely financial reports and analysis to leadership.
  • Monitor JHHP’s capital budget.
  • Develop benchmarking reports and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure consistent expense allocation methodologies.
  • Support internal and external audits related to administrative expenses.
  • Assist in developing staffing models for budgeting and forecasting FTE efforts.

What you’ll bring:

  • Minimum five years of experience in Accounting, Business, or Finance, including at least 2 years in management.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proficiency in budget management and strategic planning.
  • Experience with project management and strategic initiatives.
  • Knowledge of contractual law and legal agreements related to finance.
  • Strong spreadsheet and database skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to produce high-quality reports for senior management.

Salary Range: Minimum $37.87/hour - Maximum $66.28/hour. Compensation will be based on experience and role scope.
