Job Description
Help Universal Studios Hollywood learn about and improve the experiences of our guests. The Consumer Insights Field Team plays a key role in collecting foundational information used to make business-critical decisions about our guests: where they’re from, why they’re here, and what they love (and don’t) about their experiences with us.
As a Field Research Supervisor, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful management of the day-to-day field research team and data collection. You will work closely with the Consumer Insights Sr. Field Manager, Field Managers, and Field Interviewers to ensure that projects are executed according to approved methodology and within the pre-designated time frames. You are also instrumental in supervising the growth and development of Field Interviewers, monitoring data quality and integrity, and ensuring protocols and guidelines are consistently followed.
