Job summary

Dycom Industries, Inc. is seeking a Splicer Supervisor to oversee employees in the preparation, splicing, and enclosing of fiber optic and coaxial telecommunications plant.

The role requires solid knowledge of telecommunications network structure and familiarity with fiber optic. You will lead a team in a field setting, review tasks for accuracy and compliance, and implement processes to help complete work on projects.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or 3 years of related work experience.
• Previous supervisory and/or managerial experience.
• Project management skills including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks.
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to pass pre-employment checks.

• Supervise, develop, and provide leadership to employees of an assigned area, department, or project.
• Review tasks and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
