Indiana University Health is seeking a Supervisor-Facilities in Lafayette, IN to lead the operation and maintenance of hospital facilities. You will plan work, estimate labor needs and delegate tasks to technicians within the Facilities & Support Services team at 5165 McCarty Ln, Lafayette, IN 47905.
The role requires strong knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire systems, plus ability to read blueprints and interpret complex diagrams. A valid driver's license is required.

The Supervisor- Facilities assists in planning, coordinating, and supervising the overall operation and maintenance of buildings and grounds. In this role, the position organizes work, estimates worker-hour requirements, and delegates work to technicians within the area. Additionally, it schedules preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems, including mechanical and electrical. The position trains technicians in general repair and maintenance using operating manuals, work orders, and blueprints, while also assisting technicians as needed with maintenance calls, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and repair of various utility systems.
