Job summary

Seminole Classic Casino Hollywood is seeking a Supervisor, Facilities to lead daily maintenance operations across our casino and back-of-house areas. You will oversee technicians, coordinate preventive and corrective tasks, and ensure safety and code compliance in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

The role requires 1–3 years in commercial facilities or casino maintenance, solid computer skills, and the ability to train staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or trade school certificate preferred.
• 1–3 years’ experience in commercial/industry facilities maintenance or casino environment preferred.
• Valid State of Florida trade license preferred.
• Must be able to work in a smoking environment and lift up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of maintenance mechanics and tradespeople on assigned shift.
• Prepare technical reports and maintain logbooks as required.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable fire, health, safety, and environmental standards as well as relevant codes.
• React in a timely manner to emergency situations and coordinate maintenance projects with appropriate departments to minimize guest disruption.
• Oversee supervision of maintenance and repair of Seminole Classic Casino facilities and equipment.

Incumbent must adhere to Seminole Tribe's Policies and Procedures. Supervise, assign jobs, and ensure timely completion of projects by maintenance mechanics.
