Responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring effective infection prevention practices to provide a safe environment.
2. Adhering to all applicable local, state, and federal standard guidelines and regulatory practices.
3. Performing quality measurement, monitoring, and improvement initiatives to meet desired outcomes.
4. Providing consistent service that exceeds patient expectations in cleanliness and customer service.
5. Fostering positive relationships to ensure high internal customer satisfaction.
6. Driving operational outcomes aligned with site and system scope of service.
7. Monitoring and coordinating department operations including staffing, workflow, and throughput for maximum productivity and customer satisfaction.
8. Managing financial aspects by scheduling and monitoring staffing to demand, and utilizing resources efficiently.
9. Handling human resources responsibilities such as coaching, performance reviews, and staff morale, including hiring, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
10. Adhering to the organization's Code of Ethical Conduct and relevant policies, regulations, and laws.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

• Ability to stand for up to 80% of the workday, and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Exposure to dust, dirt, chemicals, radiation, and bodily fluids with appropriate protective measures.
