- Handling human resources responsibilities such as coaching, performance reviews, and staff morale, including hiring, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
- Adhering to the organization's Code of Ethical Conduct and relevant policies, regulations, and laws.

Qualifications
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 6 months, if required.
- High School Diploma.
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in environmental services.
- Strong management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
- Ability to stand for up to 80% of the workday, and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Exposure to dust, dirt, chemicals, radiation, and bodily fluids with appropriate protective measures.
