Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities across multiple distribution center functions, including receiving, order processing, shipping, returns processing and inventory replenishment.
• Coach, develop, and monitor warehouse associates to meet productivity targets.
• Maintain a safe, positive, high-performing work environment and provide training and resources for success.
• Troubleshoot operational challenges and resolve escalated issues; identify process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and adherence to safety policies and procedures; maintain performance documentation.
