Job summary

ABARTA Coca-Cola Beverages, LLC seeks a Driver Merchandiser to deliver happiness to customers along a defined route. You will ensure shelves and coolers are stocked, products rotated, and that orders are accurate and undamaged.

Work schedule targets early start times Monday through Saturday. The role requires lifting 50+ pounds, operating with minimal supervision, and adhering to safety and DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 years of general work experience required.
• Valid Class A Driver's License and Clean MVR.
• 1+ years of commercial driving experience preferred.
• Local delivery experience preferred.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers on an assigned route.
• Merchandise, display, and rotate products according to company standards.
• Ensure product delivered is undamaged and in proper condition.
• Follow procedures for disposition, destruction, or returns when picking up product.
• Follow safe driving methods to prevent damage to products on the truck.
• Comply with company policies and safety procedures.
• Participate in Hazard Mitigation and complete health & safety trainings.

Work Schedule: Available Monday through Saturday, starting at 5:30 am.

The Driver Merchandiser is responsible for delivering happiness to our customers across a specific route,On Time and In Full. You will also ensure that the merchandise is stocked on shelves and in coolers and that the appropriate rotation of products is managed well. You will be an Ambassador for the world's most recognized brand to customers and consumers alike.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers on an assigned route.
• Merchandise, display, and rotate products according to company standards.
• Ensure product delivered is undamaged and in proper condition (undamaged, packaging intact)
• Ensure proper procedure is followed and product is coded appropriately (disposition, destroy, repack, good return) when picking up product.
• Proper driver and work methods must be followed to lessen any potential to damaging product on truck
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.
• Follow established company Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality procedures and policies.
• Actively participate in Hazard Mitigation.
• Complete assigned Health & Safety trainings.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 years of general work experience required.

• 1+ years of commercial driving experience preferred.
• Local delivery experience preferred.
• Experience delivering packaged goods within a local market area, including driving on local streets and navigating busy parking lots.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations.
• Demonstrated understanding of how to check a load for accuracy and stability.
• Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus.
• Ability to operate a two- or four-wheel dolly.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must have the ability to repetitively lift, pull and push 50+ pounds, reach above head height, stand, walk, kneel, bend and reach.
