Job summary

ABARTA Coca-Cola Beverages, LLC is seeking a Driver Merchandiser to deliver happiness to customers on assigned routes. You will stock shelves and coolers, rotate items, and ensure products arrive undamaged and ready for sale.

This role requires a valid Class A license, the ability to lift 50+ pounds, and a focus on safety and compliance. Shift details include early hours, Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday, with some weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 years of general work experience required.
• Valid Class A Driver's License and clean MVR.
• 1+ years of commercial driving experience preferred.
• Local delivery experience preferred.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations.
• Ability to check a load for accuracy and stability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers on an assigned route.
• Merchandise, display, and rotate products according to company standards.
• Ensure product delivered is undamaged and in proper condition (packaging intact).
• Follow proper procedures for disposition, destroy, repack, or good return when picking up product.
• Use proper driver methods to reduce damage to product on the truck.
• Follow regulatory and company policies and procedures.
• Follow Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality procedures and policies.

The Driver Merchandiser is responsible for delivering happiness to our customers across a specific route,On Time and In Full. You will also ensure that the merchandise is stocked on shelves and in coolers and that the appropriate rotation of products is managed well. You will be an Ambassador for the world's most recognized brand to customers and consumers alike.

Shift:

Monday - Thursday or Tuesday - Friday

4:30 a.m. - Finish

Weekends and holidays as needed (subject to change due to business needs)

You will also receive a $4,500 retention bonus ($1,500 to be paid after 6 months, another $1,500 after 12 months and a final payment of $1,500 after 24 months)

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers on an assigned route.
• Merchandise, display, and rotate products according to company standards.
• Ensure product delivered is undamaged and in proper condition (undamaged, packaging intact)
• Ensure proper procedure is followed and product is coded appropriately (disposition, destroy, repack, good return) when picking up product.
• Proper driver and work methods must be followed to lessen any potential to damaging product on truck
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.
• Follow established company Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality procedures and policies.
• Actively participate in Hazard Mitigation.
• Complete assigned Health & Safety trainings.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 years of general work experience required.
• Valid Class A Driver's License requiredand Clean MVR.
• 1+ years of commercial driving experience preferred.
• Local delivery experience preferred.
• Experience delivering packaged goods within a local market area, including driving on local streets and navigating busy parking lots.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations.
• Demonstrated understanding of how to check a load for accuracy and stability.
• Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus.
• Ability to operate a two- or four-wheel dolly.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must have the ability to repetitively lift, pull and push 50+ pounds, reach above head height, stand, walk, kneel, bend and reach.
