The Team

The Supervisor Distrib Center is part of the Mattel Jonestown Distribution Center Management team. This role involves supervising DC employees in a fast-paced environment, focusing on efficiency, quality, and safety across receiving, warehousing, and shipping areas.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct, and guide DC leads and employees.
• Manage workflow and staffing plans using mainframe systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
• Optimize storage utilization.
• Lead a team of 20+ employees.
• Ensure timely, accurate loads and organizational labor efficiency.
• Facilitate training to maximize productivity, accuracy, and safety.
• Ensure policy compliance and resolve employee relations issues with HR and management.
• Work on special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of leadership experience in a warehouse environment.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields.
• Experience with inventory management and space optimization.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong collaboration, communication, analytical, and mathematical skills.
• Experience in warehouse or logistics preferred; bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, and AS-400 systems preferred.
