The Team: The DTC Slotting Supervisor is part of the Mattel Jonestown Distribution Center Management team.

The Opportunity: The DTC Supervisor in Distribution Center operates in a fast-paced environment, coordinating and supervising warehouse staff to meet efficiency, quality, and safety goals within our Direct to Consumer department.

What Your Impact Will Be:

• Experience in slotting and/or warehouse planning required.
• Supervises, directs, and guides warehouse leads and staff.
• Familiarity with eCommerce operations.
• Coordinates workflow and manages staffing plans using mainframe systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
• Ensures timely and accurate completion of loads.
• Maintains organizational labor efficiency goals.
• Provides training to maximize productivity, accuracy, and safety.
• Ensures policy and procedure compliance.
• Works with HR to resolve employee relations issues.
• Participates in special projects as assigned by management.
• Supervises warehouse operations staff, including hiring, training, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions.

Experience and Education:

• 3-5 years of leadership experience in an eCommerce environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is beneficial but not required.
• WMS experience preferred.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Solution-oriented and process-driven.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Proficient in report writing and data analysis.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Experience in warehouse or logistics environment preferred.

Equipment:

• Computer with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and preferably AS-400 systems.
