The Supervisor Distrib Center works in a fast-paced environment and is responsible for coordinating, directing, and supervising DC employees to meet or exceed efficiency, quality, and safety goals. This includes areas such as receiving, warehousing, and shipping. Essential duties include supervising staff, managing workflow, utilizing systems for planning, optimizing storage, leading teams, ensuring timely loads, maintaining safety and quality standards, and collaborating with HR and management on employee relations. Requirements include five or more years of leadership experience in a warehouse environment, a relevant degree or equivalent experience, and skills in inventory management, space optimization, communication, analysis, and teamwork. Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred.
