Travel required to visit and connect with community-based organizations in the area. Travel also required to support operational needs with community events. Occasional travel required for leadership development in Peoria.
An OSF vehicle is available for travel, but is not always guaranteed, as the supervisor and frontline share the vehicles.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Supervisor of Digital Health will work with OSF OnCall clinical and nonclinical to increase the ability of those we serve to access health care and improve the health of vulnerable residents, as they care for themselves in the home and community setting. They will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and activities of the Digital Health Workers (DHWs) and Digital Health Navigators (DHNs) in their respective hub. They will oversee operations within their region, acting as the main contact for senior leaders and frontline operations, ensuring alignment between community initiatives and organizational goals.
Expected pay for this position is $25.10 - $29.54/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.
Education: Associate's Degree Experience: 1 year of experience in service-related position. Licensure/ Certification: Community Health Worker certification within 1 year of hire into the position Other Skills/ Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented. Proven ability to maintain professionalism with physicians, clinicians, and other professionals as well as community organizations. Proficient in community in English and by telephone, in person and digitally. Demonstrated ability to work independently.
Education: Bachelor's Degree Experience: 2 years of experience in health care operations and/or experience with social work or community health work
