Job summary

MilkShake Factory Arvada is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support daily store operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will lead team members on assigned shifts, ensure speed, accuracy, and brand standards, and coach staff to maintain a high-performing store culture.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly, stays organized under pressure, and is passionate about customer service in a fast-paced environment. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Restaurant, food service, or retail experience required.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations during shifts to ensure smooth execution.
• Uphold MilkShake Factory brand standards across people, processes, products, and guest experience.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members with ongoing coaching.
• Deliver exceptional guest service by ensuring quality, hospitality, and speed of service.
• Monitor product preparation and presentation for consistency and quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment for guests and team members.
• Assist with inventory management, stocking, rotation, and supplies.
• Minimize waste through proper product handling and operational practices.
• Follow cash handling procedures and maintain accountability for transactions.
• Foster teamwork, accountability, and a positive workplace culture.
• Communicate with store management regarding issues, staffing, and performance.
• Support achievement of store goals related to sales and profitability.

The Shift Supervisor plays a key role in supporting daily store operations while delivering the exceptional guest experience that defines the MilkShake Factory brand. This position is responsible for leading team members during assigned shifts, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining brand standards, and supporting a positive, high-performing store culture.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, passionate about guest service, and capable of leading by example in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous restaurant, food service, or retail experience required.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout scheduled shifts.
• Ability to bend, reach, lift, and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
