Job summary

• 21+ years old for non-armed roles
• HS diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
• Rotating shifts and weekly itineraries
• Fluent in spoken/written Spanish and English; English required for bilingual roles
• Background check required per federal, state and local laws
• Drug screening required where permitted by law
• Puerto Rico driver’s license may be required
• Customer service skills essential

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by performing security procedures and site-specific policies
• Respond to incidents and emergencies with calm and problem-solving
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter
• Receive and route processes at employee/visitor reception areas as assigned
