Job summary

Opex Edge LLC in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a driven Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor to lead a skilled maintenance crew and keep production lines running at peak performance on the shop floor.

You will plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, manage work orders and spare parts, and ensure safety regulations and company policies are followed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with CMMS (SAP) preferred.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) principles.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of maintenance technicians across manufacturing operations.
• Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment failures.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate maintenance staff performance.
