Job summary

Toscana Home Inc in Naples is looking for a full-time Site Superintendent to oversee construction projects. The superintendent will coordinate subcontractors, manage inspections, and ensure that work meets quality standards and is completed on schedule.

The ideal candidate must have at least five years of supervisory experience in high-end residential construction and must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Builder Trend software is a plus. Position is available immediately.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of high-end residential construction supervisory experience.
• Local experience is required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Strong communication skills with project teams are essential.
• Ability to perform under high-pressure work conditions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of construction projects on-site.
• Schedule subcontractors and ensure timely project completion.
• Perform quality control duties and maintain safety on-site.
• Manage daily logging of job site activities.
• Issue notices of non-compliance regarding subcontractors.
