Job Description
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: A High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
- Experience: Two years of janitorial or landscaping experience
- Certification/Licensure: Possession of a valid motor vehicle operator’s license issued from the jurisdiction of residence
Preferred:
- An Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Organization Management or related field

- This job is considered mission essential and may require reporting during emergencies or severe weather events.
Job Summary:
The Supervisor, Custodial Maintenance oversees custodial staff, ensuring cleanliness of facilities, responding to emergencies, and applying independent judgment to solve problems.
Essential Functions:
- Supervise, train, and evaluate custodial staff, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Schedule work, inspect work quality, and develop staff performance.
- Ensure availability of supplies and equipment, enforce safety protocols, and conduct safety meetings and investigations.
- Train employees on cleaning responsibilities, safety, and environmental procedures.
- Manage documentation, reports, and work performance data.
- Prepare for and respond to severe weather and emergency situations.
- Monitor staffing, review processes, and coordinate with facility managers.
- Operate Authority vehicle as needed and evaluate new supplies and equipment.
