Deep knowledge of New Jersey mental health laws and commitment processes. Strong crisis de-escalation, conflict resolution, and split-second decision-making skills. Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and hospital tracking systems. Effective oral and written communication skills to express ideas clearly. Effective listening skills. Ability to pay attention to details, often changing from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure. Ability to follow-through using appropriate channels of communication.
