Job Description

Cottage Medical Group seeks a Supervisor, Cottage Medical Group Clinic Operationsfor their Cottage Surgical Clinic responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Cottage Medical Group (CMG) clinics, ensuring efficient and high-quality patient care delivery. This role manages both front office and back-office staff, coordinating their efforts to create a seamless patient experience. The supervisor is accountable for maintaining operational excellence, implementing best practices, fostering a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and continuous improvement. This role will be crucial in optimizing clinic workflow and enhancing patient satisfaction under the direction of leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS:

All job qualifications listed indicate the minimum level necessary to perform this job proficiently.

Education:

• Required: Associate's Degree or equivalent experience following the standard two years of experience equals one year or education and/or completion of CH-LDP program.

Technical Requirements:

• Required: Basic MS Word, Excel, and Outlook skills.

Years of Related Work Experience:

• Required: Three (3) years of work experience in a front office medical environment; experience must include demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Preferred: One (1) year of lead or supervisory experience in a medical front office environment.

*Pay for non-physician positions is determined based on related years of experience and internal equity. Eligible employees may also receive additional forms of compensation, including shift differentials, on-call pay, incentive pay, and bonus opportunities, where applicable. Manager and above positions may participate in Cottage Health’s annual management incentive program. Physician compensation is determined based upon specialty and may include bonus potential.
