Job summary

The Supervisor, Corporate Partnerships Activations at McDonalds Corporation will support the MARDEV team by engaging suppliers, in-kind partners, and donors, helping stewardship and activations, and refining internal stakeholder processes.

You will assist with donor events such as cultivation activities and participation in running campaigns like Team RMHC at major Chicago events, collaborating with Finance and Legal on partnership agreements.

Qualifications

• Experience in donor relations or corporate partnerships preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coordinate events and campaigns for fundraising.
• Comfort working with cross‑functional teams in a nonprofit environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as secondary relationship manager for assigned donors and engagement activities.
• Support donor engagement activities including cultivation events and Team RMHC at the Bank of America Chicago Marathon.
• Collaborate to develop and execute the Corporate Partnership program and stewardship strategy.
• Assist with partnership agreements with RMHC Finance and RMHC legal counsel.

Supervisor, Corporate Partnerships Activations

The Corporate Partnerships Activation Supervisor will serve as a key member of the MARDEV team, supporting the Corporate Partnerships team with a focus on all aspects of supplier and in‑kind partner and donor engagement, stewardship and activations. This person will also support the execution of successful corporate donor and partner initiatives, including cause-marketing campaigns, in‑kind and financial donations to RMHC Global and employee engagement activations. This person will assist with the successful refinement and implementation of our internal stakeholder strategy.

Serve as secondary relationship manager for assigned donors, supporting donor engagement activities including but not limited to cultivation events and Team RMHC at the Bank of America Chicago Marathon.

Collaborate with the Corporate Partnerships team to develop and execute the overarching Corporate Partnership program and stewardship strategy

Support the development of partnership and other agreements in collaboration with the RMHC Finance team and RMHC legal counsel
