Job summary

Rome Floyd Chamber seeks a motivated fundraiser to lead the Partners-in-Prevention annual campaign and corporate sponsorship programs. This 20-hour/week, in-office role involves donor cultivation, segmentation, major gifts, and building long-term giving relationships.

You will improve donor tracking, create development dashboards, and equip the board with tools for donor outreach, while coordinating with staff, volunteers, and committees to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

Self-starting and motivated individual with the ability to manage and grow our annual Partners-in-Prevention campaign and corporate sponsorship programs. We are seeking an individual with demonstrated fundraising or sales success, strong relationship-building skills, comfort making direct funding asks, strong verbal/written skills, and a passion for our mission. We are looking for a strategic thinker with execution capability. CRM/database proficiency is a plus. Must be able to meet deadlines and able to effectively work with staff, volunteers, and committees. Reliable transportation and adequate vehicle liability insurance is required.

Work Environment

This 20-hour/week position is primarily in-office settings; may require visits off-site to donors. Requires attendance at some community/networking meetings.

Duties and Responsibilities:
