Job summary

Mercy seeks a Clinical Supervisor to assure delivery of safe, high-quality care in a 40-hour schedule. You will collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and administrative teams to optimize staffing, patient flow, and bed management, while modeling professional standards and servant leadership.

The role requires 3–5 years of hospital nursing experience, RN license, and certifications in TNCC, ACLS/ALS, ENPC or PALS. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
• Current RN license with the Board of Nursing in the applicable State of practice.
• 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• TNCC, ACLS/ALS and ENPC or PALS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Education - Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
• Licensure - Current RN license with the Board of Nursing in the applicable State of practice.
• Experience - 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• Certification/Registration - Must have Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within probation period. TNCC, ACLS/ALS and ENPC or PALS.
• Skills, knowledge and abilities - Demonstrates skills in human relations and communication, written verbal, and electronic. Demonstrates clinical competence in patient care delivery. Possesses the ability to assess data and assist personnel in providing appropriate level of care. Performs responsibilities while fulfilling the Philosophy of skills, knowledge and abilities.
• Preferred Education - Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
