Job summary

North Memorial Health is seeking a capable operations leader to plan, implement, and evaluate daily activities across the assigned scope. You will advocate for patients, families, and staff while coordinating services to meet enterprise goals.

The role emphasizes schedule management, mentorship, and performance feedback to drive safe, efficient, and compliant service delivery in a on-site setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of health care experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, excellent communication, organization and management skills.
• Knowledge of occupational health if required for specific site.

• Monitors and reports daily operational metrics and addresses as appropriate.
• Supports orientation and training of new staff and participates in performance evaluation, including reward or remediation as indicated.
• Assures continuous improvement through ongoing mentoring, coaching and performance assessment.
• Provides customer-focused, team-centered service delivery.
• Resolves problems and conflicts.
• Maintains open and accessible communication systems.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or (GED) required.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.

Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in health care required.
• Previous experience in a medical group setting preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Demonstrated leadership, excellent communication, organization and management skills.
• Previous occupational health knowledge, if required for specific site.

Salary Range: B20 ($33.26 - $49.88), based on experience

Shift Differential: Compensation may include shift differential pay depending on the position and shift worked.
