About This Position

Provides backup to Staffing Specialists to provide flexibility in scheduling for the Resource Management Department, and other clinical departments.

Requirements

Education

• High school education (or GED) required
• Associate degree preferred

Experience

• Three or more years clerical experience required.
• One year experience as Staffing specialist or Health Unit Coordinator
• Experience with scheduling in complex health care environment.
• Experience using API staff/Scheduling or equivalent preferred.
• Experience using API time/attendance or equivalent preferred
• Proven ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and work independently with minimum supervision.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Organizational, logical problem solving and decision making skills required.
• Strict attention to detail and accuracy required
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) software
• Ability to perform Staffing Specialist duties

Salary Range: N11 ($19.76 - $29.64), based on experience
