Qualifications

• Prior experience as a coffee shop manager or barista highly preferred.
• Professional, courteous and approachable demeanor.
• Thorough knowledge of health and safety standards.

• Excellent communication skills; organized and efficient.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent standards of service.

A Coffee Shop Supervisor knows the ins and outs of coffee, tea and all things beverage… from pulling a perfect shot of espresso to producing gorgeous foam to proper cleaning and maintenance of coffee equipment. This person enjoys teaching others and thrives when given responsibility. Friendly and service-driven, a supervisor sets the tone for the team and ensures that all steps are taken to keep the coffee (or tea) flowing.

Requested Tasks
