Employee will supervise the day‑to‑day Casino Services operations to ensure that cash, chip, and check cashing transactions and procedures are properly enforced. The employee ensures the timely collection, accounting, recording, and safekeeping of funds. Supervise day‑to‑day operations of the Casino Services department including payroll, scheduling of supervisory staff, compliance of internal controls, and state and federal regulations. Maintain a high level of guest service in all duties performed.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Prior experience in handling large sums of money preferred. Proven proficiency with computers and ten (10) key adding machines; some knowledge of computer keyboard is preferred. Must be able to enter data and read and interpret output from a computer. Employee must have excellent guest and human relations skills.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb or balance, sit, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
